November is packed with concerts in Korea, and buying a seat from abroad is very doable. The catch is in the details, which differ by ticket site: passport checks, the name on the booking, a fee that changes mid-month and pickup on the day. Here is what the sellers' own pages say, as of October 2026.

Key takeaways

  • Buy on the global (foreigner) version of the site selling your show, such as NOL World or YES24 Global, with a card issued outside Korea and the name exactly as it appears in your passport.
  • NOL World's concert booking fee rises from 8,000 to 9,000 won per ticket from November 16, 2026, 09:00 KST. YES24 Global charges 3,000 won per ticket.
  • Since August 28, 2026, reselling tickets above face value as a habit or business is illegal in Korea whether or not a macro was used, so treat resale offers with suspicion.

What is on in November 2026

As of late October, the fan-run calendar kpoptrips listed 53 shows in Korea for November 2026: 44 concerts, 4 fan meetings and 5 festivals. Some of the larger ones are below; confirm dates on the organizer's notice before booking flights.

Seoul arenas and domes

  • EXO at KSPO Dome, November 6–8
  • KGMA at Gocheok Sky Dome, November 7–8
  • TXT's "STEAL THE WIND" at KSPO Dome, November 13–15
  • MMA (Melon Music Awards) at Gocheok Sky Dome, November 14–15

Outside central Seoul

NMIXX's finale is at Inspire Arena in Incheon on November 27–29. If award shows are your thing, we have also covered how fan voting works for the 2026 MAMA Awards.

Which ticket site to use

The Korean versions of these sites may ask for Korean identity verification, so foreigners use the global versions.

NOL World

NOL World is the overseas arm of NOL (formerly Interpark) Ticket. It replaced Interpark Global in December 2025, according to kpoptrips. It is for people with a non-Korean passport. Sign up with email, Google, Apple or LINE; social-login users must also verify an email. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB or UnionPay cards issued outside Korea.

YES24 Global

YES24's English FAQ says booking is for members only and the global account is separate from a Korean YES24 account. You can buy up to 10 tickets per booking, although limits and deadlines can differ by event. Credit cards work except China UnionPay, and 3D Secure authentication is required.

Other sellers

Some shows are sold through other companies' global sites. We could not open their help pages to check fees, so if your show is sold elsewhere, read that site's show page carefully before paying.

The November 16 change

NOL World's notice of October 15, 2026 adds a 1,000-won channel fee to the standard booking fee for every NOL World booking from November 16, 09:00 KST. Its own example is a concert: 8,000 won plus 1,000 won, so 9,000 won per ticket.

YES24's cancellation table

YES24's FAQ says cancelling within 7 days of purchase is free, but the show-date charges take priority: 10% from 9 to 7 days before the show, 20% from 6 to 3 days before and 30% from 2 days to 1 day before. Outside those windows, a concert cancelled from day 8 after purchase costs 4,000 won per ticket. Each show can also set its own policy. The cancellation deadline matches the booking deadline: 5 pm the day before for Tuesday-to-Saturday shows, or 11 am Saturday for Sunday and Monday shows.

Passport verification

Shows marked "Verified Member Only" on NOL World or YES24 need an online passport and face check before you can buy.

What you need

You need your original, valid foreign passport. YES24 says copies, Korean passports, national ID cards and driving licences are not accepted, and NOL World also rules out copies and screenshots. On NOL World one passport can verify only one account, and you cannot change your name, date of birth or email afterwards.

When to do it

Both sites recommend finishing one or two days before the sale, since checks can fail when traffic peaks. You scan a QR code with your phone, confirm your email, photograph the passport and take a face photo.

Sale day, step by step

Sale times are in Korea time (KST, UTC+9).

  1. Log in well before the sale with the same login you used to sign up, and turn off any VPN. NOL World says it may treat VPN traffic as a bot.
  2. Use one device and one browser, ideally the latest Chrome or Edge. On NOL World, opening a second queue session closes the first.
  3. Join the queue and do not refresh. A refresh sends you to the back.
  4. When your turn comes, pick seats quickly. kpoptrips' guide says NOL World gives you up to 10 minutes for seats and then 7 minutes to pay, though this can vary by event.
  5. Pay with your overseas card and approve the 3D Secure prompt.
  6. Check the booking in My Reservations and keep the confirmation number.

If your card is declined

Ask your card company whether overseas online payments are blocked and whether 3D Secure is set up.

Getting your ticket on show day

NOL World mobile tickets open as QR codes in its app or mobile site. For pickup tickets, YES24 asks for your physical passport and booking confirmation at the venue, collected by the ticket holder on show day only. Book in your own name, exactly as in your passport.

Plan for queues

Big concerts often post their own pickup times on the show page. Arrive early.

Resale and the new anti-scalping rules

The Korea Herald reported that, from August 28, 2026, Korea bans habitually or commercially reselling tickets above face value without the seller's consent, with or without a macro. Before that, only resale of tickets bought with macros was banned. Offences can bring up to one year in prison or a 10-million-won fine, plus an administrative penalty of 2 to 50 times the sale amount.

What this means for you

A resold ticket may simply not work: names are checked at pickup, and NOL World can cancel every ticket on an account caught reselling. See our guide to avoiding tourist traps in Korea for reporting scams.

Getting to the big venues

KSPO Dome

KSPO Dome (15,000 seats) is inside Olympic Park in Songpa District. Olympic Park Station on Lines 5 and 9 is in the same district, and Mongchontoseong Station on Line 8 carries the subname World Peace Gate, after the gate at the park's entrance.

Gocheok Sky Dome and Inspire Arena

Gocheok Sky Dome, a baseball stadium in Guro District, holds around 25,000 for concerts. Inspire Arena is in Incheon, and it hosted the 2024 Melon Music Awards. Our eSIM and T-money guide (linked below) covers transit cards.

FAQ

Can I use the Korean version of the ticket site?

Usually not. Korean sites may ask for Korean identity verification, so foreigners use the global sites. NOL World sends Korean passport holders to the Korean site instead.

Can a friend collect my ticket?

On YES24, pickup tickets are for the ticket holder only. NOL World says someone else can sometimes collect with your printed booking details and ID, unless the show forbids it.

Are fan-meeting tickets covered by the anti-scalping law?

No. The Culture Ministry treats them as commercial promotions, though sellers' own resale bans still apply.

Conclusion

Much of this comes down to preparation. Set up the right global account, verify your passport early, check fees and cancellation rules, and buy only from the official seller. Our guide to November weather and packing covers the rest of the trip.
